Where to check status
After your medical test, check your result on the WAFID website using the details requested on the status page. The medical center also updates the result in the system.

When result is updated
Many applicants receive an update on the same day or the next day, depending on the center. The center may call around 4 to 5 PM if the result is ready. Do not expect an email in most cases.
Common status meanings

| Fit | Your medical is accepted. | Download the fit certificate and move to VFS. |
| Under process | The report is not yet updated. | Wait or contact the medical center. |
| Unfit | The applicant did not clear the medical requirement. | Speak to the medical center and follow the advised process. |
If the report is unfit
If an unfit report is updated on WAFID, applicants may need to wait before a new test can be taken. The exact process depends on the center and the current WAFID rules, so confirm directly with the medical center.
