Book your WAFID appointment only after you have the Saudi visa authorization or invitation details needed for the medical application. Keep your passport with you while filling the form. The details entered on WAFID should match your passport and visa documents.

For booking, payment and medical status, use the official WAFID website. This guide explains the process, but it does not collect fees or book appointments.
How to book the appointment
- Open the official WAFID appointment page and choose the medical appointment option.
- Select India as the country and choose your appointment city. For standard appointments, the medical center is normally assigned automatically.
- Enter your passport details exactly as shown on the passport.
- Select Saudi Arabia as the destination country and enter the visa or invitation details requested on the form.
- Review the information carefully before payment. Minor mistakes may sometimes be corrected at the medical center, but you should not depend on that.
- Pay the WAFID appointment fee online. The standard fee is currently shown as $10.
- Download the appointment slip immediately after payment and save a copy for later.
Payment and appointment slip
The WAFID appointment slip is usually generated immediately after successful payment. You can also return to the WAFID website later and download it again. Still, save a copy as soon as it is generated.
Carry a printed copy to the medical center. A mobile copy may help in an emergency, but most applicants should treat the printout as required.
City and center selection
You can choose the city during booking. The medical center is usually assigned by the system. Do not assume you can choose a specific medical center unless the appointment option clearly allows it.
Slip validity
In practical experience, the WAFID slip is valid for 30 days. Try to complete the medical visit soon after booking so that you have enough time for VFS submission and visa stamping.
Common issues
- Payment failure or payment pending after card charge.
- Wrong spelling or passport number entered during booking.
- Wrong city selected by mistake.
- Slip not downloaded immediately after payment.
- Applicant arriving at the center without a printed slip.
If a payment or slip problem happens, check the official WAFID website first. For minor detail issues, speak to the assigned medical center before starting the test.
