WAFID Centers in Hyderabad

Before you visit a medical center in Hyderabad

Select Hyderabad during WAFID appointment booking only if this is the city where you want to complete your medical examination. The appointment slip will show the assigned medical center. Always follow the center shown on your WAFID slip.

Documents to carry

Visa authorization or invitationCarry the visa authorization, invitation, or pre-approval document issued for your Saudi residence visa.
Printed WAFID appointment slipTake a printed copy of your WAFID appointment slip. A printout is strongly recommended at the medical center.
Original passportCarry your original passport. The details should match the information used during WAFID booking.
Passport photocopy setsKeep two clear photocopy sets of your passport first and last pages.
Passport-size photographsCarry two recent passport-size photographs in case the center asks for them.
Aadhaar, if askedSome medical centers may ask for Aadhaar for local verification, so it is better to carry it.
Pen for local formsCarry a pen because some centers ask applicants to fill local forms at the counter.
Cash as backupCarry cash for the medical fee in case card or UPI payment is not available at the center.

Medical center timings

Most WAFID medical centers in Hyderabad usually start work around 9:30 AM.

Most centers remain closed on Sundays. Timings can vary by center and may change on public holidays.

Best time to visit

Try reaching around 10 to 11 AM. The medical tests may be quick, but registration and waiting can take a few hours.

Keep 3 to 4 hours free for the visit.

After the medical

If you are marked fit, the medical center updates the result on WAFID.

You can then proceed with VFS appointment, biometrics, MOFA linking and visa stamping.
