What happens after VFS
After VFS submission, your passport and documents move into the stamping process. The timeline depends on document verification, MOFA linking, embassy workload and courier or collection method.
Typical timeline
Applicants are often told to expect up to 10 working days, but processing can be faster or slower. Do not book non-refundable travel until the passport is returned with the stamped visa.

Before travel
Once the passport is returned, check the visa page carefully. Verify name, passport number, visa category and validity before making travel arrangements.
